SECTION 6 - EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL

We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under the Contract that is caused by any act or event beyond our reasonable control (including, but not limited to, interruption or failure of utility, internet and/or telecommunications service, default or delay by any of our suppliers, acts of God, epidemics, pandemics, any law or any action taken by a government or public authority, including without limitation imposing an export or import restriction, quota or prohibition). If an Event Outside Our Control takes place that affects the performance of our obligations under the Contract we will contact you as soon as reasonably practicable to notify you; Where the Event Outside Our Control affects our delivery of Products to you, we will arrange a new delivery date with you after the Event Outside Our Control is over.

SECTION 7 - INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Tell Tall Tales and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, Service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.
